Sorry for being in the wind. Things have been pretty challenging at work and especially home, so have not had opportunity to focus. I’ve cranked out a week’s worth of lessons today, ensuring that I have daily content.
Today’s mandolin blues lesson is another slow E blues lick to get you from through the last 4 measures of a blues. The lick over the B9 is especially a cool one, and one I took from the playing of Hollywood Fats.
Play everything with a downstroke and keep the shuffle heavy.
